Zenith System employees have over 150 years of total experience in the building automation industry including experience and expertise in design engineering, installation, technical support and commissioning of over 20 different manufacturers systems including Johnson Controls, Honeywell, and Siemens as well as our own line of controls, Alerton. Unlike our competitors, we install our system with our factory trained electricians rather than sub contract the work out. Our installers are trained technicians which assist our field engineers in commissioning our projects. This provides an unmatched advantage to our customers as we deliver a completed turn-key system rather than call backs after the warranty is up due to miscommunication during installation. Our electricians also serve as project managers creating the most efficient installation and onsite support to the General Contractor and owner.

Alerton BAS installed and networked throughout the city at 3 sites using fiber, wireless and conventional Ethernet over 5 miles apart on the same network. We also integrated into Modbus systems factory installed in Trane Pool Pak Units in the recreation centers’ indoor pools.

New building in which we designed and installed an Alerton system to control the Vav systems and all the Bacnet lighting control systems.

Alerton BAS installed in 11 buildings throughout the city. This was a complete Performance Contract where we installed new controls on chillers, boilers, air handlers Vav systems and Lighting. Energy Metering is also part of this project.
